Reaching menopause, or perimenopause, this FALL season or stage of life, comes with SO many mixed symptoms.

AND MIXED FEELINGS.


The emotional shifts in menopause need
to be talked about!

The intention and purpose of The Fullness Podcast is to talk about ALL the things that influence menopause health. That includes body changes, digestive health, emotional health, relationships and PURPOSE.

Many of us talk about the body changes in Menopause: hot flashes, weight gain, chin hairs and moodiness.

What about our purpose in midlife?

Ask yourself:

  • Am I happy?

  • What does happy mean to me?

  • Am I living my life with my fullest intentions?

  • What ARE my intentions for living?

  • What do I want out of this stage of life?

  • How DO I feel about my changing body?

  • Is there something I long to do?

 
 

This pilot episode is a personal story.


Turning 50 is a milestone for everyone, if we are blessed to get here! It made me realize how much I had put MYSELF on the back burner.

It also made me realize how much time I spent obsessing on a body that was inevitable to change, and how I let my dreams GO, for other people’s needs.

Is there something you are dreaming about doing?

  • Going back to school?

  • Taking better care of yourself?

  • Just being happy with who you are today?

  • Maybe starting your own podcast or a new career?

  • Doing all the things you never got to do?

Menopause throws some curve balls, whether dealing with Empty Nest Syndrome, the loss of a parent, child or spouse.

Menopause is a time of rebirth and rebuilding.

It’s a time to stop waiting.

What will your new chapter look like? Will you:

  • Start a business?

  • Become a coach?

  • Groom dogs?

  • Create space to dream?

  • Accept your body?

  • Make health changes? (you CAN do this by accepting your body!)

The options only end when our fear begins.

Fear becomes a block to living FULLY. These blocks come full circle when turning 50. After this episode, ask yourself:
