When we partake in the go-go-go mindset that is our modern lives, we miss a lot. I am a person who has functioned in the go-go-go cycle for most of my life. Being an anxious individual, I had, (and still can have) a hard time slowing my mind and body down. Many of us, myself included, are forced to slow down by health, or a tough event.
